Standard. Set vs set happens pretty rare and unless you are 100% sure you are beat I wouldn't fold in this situation. Lots of people play TPTK this strong at this level. Just pay it off and move on.

That turn raise was WEAK. You put $3, he raises $7 and you raise $7??? You give him too good of odds to draw to a flush.
