Im new to the table, no read.

Looking back at the hand, i think it either was a fishy with JJ QQ or.......someone who played his AA/AK really agressively

I was just trying to steal the blinds with this marginal hand and then thought it might be good

I limp KJo. Raises from anyone but the most aggro can be folded to. And I'd much rather flop a jack than a king.

I only play KJ if I can play for a limp. If theres a AK etc out there which has me out kicked they'll raise and I can fold my KJ with minimal loss.

I never call or raise with KJ, I only limp. You put yourself in too many difficult situations post flop like we see here. Even if a J comes out, you have to think about AJ or even JJ. If a K comes out, you have to think about AK or KQ. The rest of the time you're going to be chasing and inside straight. With that said, you can win some nice pots with this hand if you hit the right flop.
