Nothing is wrong here. You got all of your money on the table while you were ahead, that's all you can ask for. Just got a little unlucky when the dude rivered quads.

I like the limp with 10/10 UTG, especially at the penny tables you're playing at. If you raise $0.10 or more, you may squeeze everyone out and not win a thing. Or, you may raise $0.10 or more, and have five or six callers. Then you don't hit your set and you lose.

I've been told to limp PP's JJ and lower, even calling decent raises, trying to hit a set and taking down a monster pot. It's been working for me, and should have worked for you, but that's how poker goes sometimes.
