Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A.
UTG calls $0.50, 4 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, SB raises to $4.5, 1 fold, UTG folds, Hero raises to $49.10 (All-in), SB calls $38.80.

Flop: ($92.40) Q, T, 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: ($92.40) 2 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($92.40) 7 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $92.40

Hero has A A (one pair, aces).
SB has 5 5 (three of a kind, fives).
Outcome: SB wins $92.40

Anything I could have done here? Should I ever consider just giving it up pf since the 5 came? WTF?! I mean wtf even if I slow play preflop the 5 comes and I don't get away anyway so I dunno what to do maybe just limp and check call down with AA and maybe throw in a river raise on any board??

Opinions?

Sorry leg, but you know just as well as I do that these posts are the reason the bad beat forum exists. When I open a hand in this forum I expect there to be some content, and if there is not then at least the topic should include "LC". I'm not trying to be an asshole here, but if I want to read about someone getting all in with aces preflop and get 2-outered then I'll go to the bad beat forum.

As for advice, it's fairly obvious; fold preflop.
