Im not sure I would be semi-bluffing at .01/.02 NL, just because people dont like to fold, and wont fold if you hit your draw anyway (so why throw more money in the pot if you know theyll call no matter what?)
But then again maybe im not giving .01/.02 NL players enough respect

Flop play I like. I would check/call that turn though. Your $.40 bet has almost no fold equity. Just make your hand then bomb the river.

FYI, with a flush draw + OESD you are > 50% to hit one of them. So even pushing the flop with 0 fold equity is +EV in the long run. At these stakes, though, I probably go with small semi bluffs so that if I don't hit I lose the minimum.
