Hand 1 - you reraised and he pushed - that's at least a two-pair hand unless you're at an extremely fishy table.

Hand 2 - the straight hit on the turn if he didn't already have it - unless you have the spade draw to rely on, give it up on the turn.

Hand 3 - check-minraise a set of 4s - or he hit his flush - or nut flush draw for backup I don't think he's going anywhere...it would be odd for him to check-raise the flush draw out of position, but it's not unheard of.

Looks like in general you are putting too much wait on TPTK hands. You want to bet them strongly, but don't overdo it if you meet a lot of resistance against non-donk players.

#1: pretty obvious you are beat after he pushes on your 3-bet
#2: raise more preflop, 3 limpers before you, i make it at lesat 3.50
#3: you have absolutely no reason to push the turn here, you got raised on the flop on a threatening board, which usually means draw or monster, and the draw completed on the turn. you should learn to control tilt before you move up

Don't stress over 50NL too much, it's not worth it. This isn't to say I'm killing 50NL yet. Rather, I lost 5 buy-ins within my first hour and half when I moved up.

I've found that If you have TPTK like AK, you are not going to get pair off a whole hell of a lot. Hands that you beat are scared of you having TPTK, so they are not going to be raising the hell out of the flop. Which means, you need to be a little bit more passive towards raises when you have one pair, don't commit your whole stack unless you think he's bluffing. With TPTK, bet out the draws, but look for cheap showdowns because there's no need to loose your stack everytime to a set.
