I like hand number 1 because he's probably 3 betting you somewhat light and I really don't think he will be able to call this very often after checking the turn and river. You're probably getting 88-QQ to fold as well.

Hand 2 I don't think I like. I usually don't try moves like this against unknowns. I think they would be more likely to call you here with a pocket pair or unfortunately if the ace actually hit him.
