Villan is a multitable TAGG type. winning player.
I've never seen a limp/little raise like this from him before though.
I have one note on him and it says "minraised AQ EP" so he could possibly have some weird lines.

Seems like a strong possibility of aces or kings. Classic sandbag/re-raise pre-flop, plays the rest of the hand confidently.

Looks like a set of 7's or an aggressive line on a flush draw.

I probably fold to the flop 3-bet. I mean what hands do you beat here? KQ? KJ? Highly unlikely. Sure he could have AK as well but I think most of the time you are way behind here. Another option might be to just call the flop bet and re-evaluate on the turn. After I get limp-reraised and hit TPTK (with a king), I'm not exactly eager to inflate the pot.

I think it was the tiny preflop raise that got me confused, I was reluctant to say AA/KK because its so weak. Looking back now I think the 3 bb flop bet was an action stimulant for his KK perhaps. I deffinitly should have gotten out sooner then I did though, I kept thinking cheap showdown but he wasn't having any of it. I was almost deffinitly beat though. Well, live and learn.
Thanks all.

You are so far behind on that flop its unreal.

does anyone ever UTG limp re-raise anthing other than aa/kk?

He leads the flop with a weak 'feeler bet' of 1/3 pot - possibly tempting you to sense weekness and re-raise, giving him a chance to beef up the pot more with a 3-bet.

good laydown imo
Experimenting - 200NL 5max.

Looks like AA to me, maybe another AK, maybe even KK.

Raise more pre-flop, $4 or $5.
Call the flop, re-evaluate on the turn. I might pop him there, I might call it down. I think either approach gets you to showdown cheaper and gets better information than your flop line. Particularly if we're going to continue after the 3-bet.

Good point. What was the point in my raise if I'm going to call his 3-bet any way. All it does is tell me I'm beat yet build the pot for him.

I don't think you often see people limp reraise OOP with TT. It's possible though I suppose.

AA. fold to 3-bet on flop. It's a weird line he uses but it makes sense. He doesn't see the action he wants preflop and finds himself isolated against a weak raiser. A strong reraise here gives away his hand so he throws a change-up with his weird limp-minraise hoping you flop something nice and don't put him on rockets.
