A couple of hands with flopped sets - situations that I feel can't be slowplayed but should be playable for value - so advice on getting maximum value would be appreciated.

No. 1

No read; opp sat down about 10 hands ago (and I'm learning multitabling...)

Now it's a solid flop for the set. Chances are someone has caught an interesting piece of the board and I have position. The flop betting confirms this.

I pumped the flop as I did to remove anyone chasing the draws. On the turn though I'm kind of stuck. It's an unraised pot. 2pr seems unlikely... how to handle the minibet?

During the hand, I figured that JT wouldn't stick around (the reraise should have taken care of it) - but does anyone automatically pay JT off on this hand!?

No. 2

Again no reads. A fair bit after hand No.1, but Thain had done nothing of real note that I saw out the corner of my eye.

Top set, but a 3-flush board. Sumeet might be cbetting his preflop raise (I do not see why) but I suspect Thain might be drawing.

What is your line? Raising is obviously the way to go, but to what extent?

You must continue to outbet any draws. A King has fallen which could mean a possible straight draw (AJ? AT?). Outbet them accordingly but extrack as much value as possible from a possible 2-pair. I'd suggest 1/3 pot. If raised - I'd push AI hoping for AK or AQ calling. Value bet the river if called.

Reraise that flush board hard. I make it $4 or $5 to go. I never give credit to a flopped flush though, and if one happens to be there, you still have outs for the boat...
Roll Rebuilding (for the second time). Current; $1600 from $300 (previous, $2300 from $15)

Thanks for the replies guys.

Bankit: by your response, I'm assuming that you're paying JT here.

renegaderob1: great; standard line works best. 3-flush sucks though heh.

I lose all money to a straight there, lose all money to a flush there.

I've been told I play the flop wrong in hand 2, though. You're supposed to be able to lay there if you have to.

I just pay it. Is that a leak?

Hand 1: Jack it up big again, if he has the straight, you'll just have to suck back out...

Hand 2: I raise pre-flop. 99 too g00t. Post-flop I jack it up HARD and hope the guy raising out of the blinds is wired up big.

Raise it up to 2 bux or so on the flop. if you get a called theres a good chance they've flop the flush or str8 on you so you'll know where you stand

Hand1.
Good jack up. After that value bet him to death. However much you think he pays. No staright i think just protecting top pair from the donks who were info betting or chasing. Opp could have the flush draw but im doubting it looking at the limits.
hand2.
Make it big rep the flush. Not sure preflop, if im multitabling pps and set farming then limping is fine, if this is one table i jack it up. If you get played back at, cold called on this flop consider the fact you need to fill up. Checking the turn is asking for disaster but not betting it hard enough is too.
