Hand 1:
I would just call the turn bet. 2 scenerios:

A) He has a bigger overpair. Here, you have 10 outs, so rely on them instead of trying to push him off of AA.

B) You are leading against AK. Here, he has 6 outs, so the only way to get anymore money out of this hand is to dodge one of them on the river. A minraise here though could bump him off of AK before the river. Although, you won't extract any more value from him after a possible river bluff attempt.

Why are the werewolves more important than living life?!

Girlfriend:
Are you on the forums doing the werewolves again?

Girlfriend:
Soo... you forgot to run that errand, but you had time to werewolf? Wtf?

jackvance is an unknown quantity at this point
First hand:
- if he had overpair, I'd expect him to bet more on the turn.
- it looks like he is either trying a weak bluff (or a weak bet with an unsure hand, hoping you'll fold), or doesn't want to bet too much to scare you off
- he could have hit a set (not likely), have an overpair (dunno).. a straight seems too unlikely.
I'd probably just call here and hope he doesn't bet too large on the river, cuz that would be a pain to decide what to do. But I like your line too, see if he's for real or not. If he calls it's back to uncertainty though.. (unless ofcourse your straight hits)

Second hand:
- Seems excessive. Not how he'd play if he hit something solid. He could just be happy he hit something, but that would be pretty beginner-style play. Maybe it's a semi-bluff with Ac4c or Ac5c? But that's a long shot. I think I'd fold. But calling is tempting..

Not too sure though, not that good at this stuff
