i have a feeling i played this bad but I'm not sure how i should've played it. I'm even more confused after seeing the cards he mucked, unless he just thought I was bluffing...? I dont get why he'd re-raise the flop with top pair/soso kicker

Bet turn and river. Why are you afraid of his min-raise on the flop? A set would play that differently. bet and bet and get as much as possible
Dealer: bencathers has two pair, Aces and Deuces
Dealer: Tbags has two pair, Kings and Jacks
Dealer: Tbags finished the tournament in 256th place
Tbags [observer]: another scumbag gets there on this site lol

Lost of players minraise with sets on the flop.

I like checking the turn there, but when he checks behind I think you should bet the river 1/2 pot.

the turn check is fine, but you have to bet the river when he checks behind the turn. I think the raise was a free card play more than anything else
