my latest thing is multi-tabling the poker snarks .10/.25 NL ring tables, and it's been very successful for me, with low variance so far. the play at these tables is very passive, and most of my pots won are without a showdown. i tend to run over most of the players at these tables.
that said, i have gotten trapped on these tables in the past rammin' and jammin' too hard.
so, in looking at this hand, please keep my situation in mind:
- playing multiple tables so not the best read on individual players
- trying to play in a style that will produce steady earnings with low variance - e.g. not pushing small edges
this hand (my take):
- UTG raise with AT off and 5 players is fine
- flop reraise is good, although min bets make me tense (bad play or trap? )
- turn bet good - i pretty sure i'm ahead at this point
- river check - i'm sure i've won the hand, and figure a bet will fold him, or on the off chance it's a trap, i'll get pushed all-in, so i check back.
acceptable river play or weak?
as always, thanks in advance.

Limit is about small edges pushed over and over again. No Limit is about big edges and threats of big edges.
The hand looks fine.

What hand that you are ahead of will call a river bet? Maybe Ax where x = 3,4,5,7,8? KJ?
OTOH, there are lots of hands that could be ahead of you that would at least call, or worse reraise you on the river. You'd probably want to fold to a large reraise. Thus, a small river "value bet" has a lot of risk for a small reward. Being able to close the action is much more valuable in NL in comparison to limit.
Take the free showdown and move on. Well played.

Weak ace like that? Checking out the river is perfectly ok in my book.

I also agree with the check. If you bet and he's weak, he'll fold. If you bet and he calls or raises, good chance he has you beat. So nothing to gain from a bet, unless you want to get an extra 1.00 out of him or something.
He was showing extreme weakness though, with the check-call on the turn and check on the river. Pretty obvious he was sitting on a busted draw, but you never know.
Good play in my book.

Well played at every street, IMO. I'd have checked the river too.
