I check hoping to catch him on a continuation, but he doesnt.

so i throw out a weak bet on the turn hoping for a steal raise, and he takes the bait. Possible made hands are trip 9s, or full house.. but they are unlikely and i think i pay off the FH here.. so the question is: Do I raise now and take it here? or do i call and check the river hoping for a continued bluff?

You gotta re-raise. It's NL and 6 max and so he's probably capable of checking behind on the river here a lot.

$30 flat looks good to me. Maybe a push if you think he'll think you're bluffing.
