I'm having fun with HEM. Looking at my value shove hands. I have few folds compared to calls. I guess it's because I want to make sure that it's fairly likely that the villain has a 5th nut type hand. Looking at how little folds I got to my value shoves I guess I should be shoving more situations, and not just when I hit a miracle card on the river on a board where they are pretty likely to have a hand if they bet.

River: ($12.25, 2 players)
*Alex* bets $3, Hero goes all-in $60.05, *Alex* goes all-in $37.69

All I know about villain is that he's a huge donk. I don't try to make sense of his line. I hope he has enough phantasy to call me with a wide range.

Hero shows:

Villain is ridiculously weak-tight. Trip 7s wouldn't make sense. I think the nut flush is a big part of his range... he never bets more than 1/2 pot.

Turn could be a bluff, but river just screams value imo. I don't know what the hell he's limp/calling from UTG, but I'm praying that there's a T involved, or Ax

damn how many boats do you make on the river?

Hand 3 is good. Hand 1 normally I would have a problem with this but since he's a huge donk it's fine. Hand 2 I also like because I agree that a flush makes up a huge part of his range, and I don't think it's necessarily the nut flush. The problem with doing this with nut or near-nut hands against good opponents is that you'll never get paid unless you're sometimes overbet shoving as a bluff.
