I have tried unsuccessfully to use the hand converter listed on the site. I am playing at Hollywood Poker and tried inputing the hand history directly into the converter. Says not recognized format. So I tried saving the hand history in ascii text format and tried again. I have tried selecting among the desired formats (FTR, HTTP, etc). I just cannot get the thing to work.

What is the secret?

I didn't see whether or not Hollywood Poker was supported specifically or not, but I figured this would be a good place to dump this info (add the link to the sticky if you want anyone else to use it):

http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/

will dump the FTR format for:

Poker room skins
Party Poker
Poker Stars
Absolute Poker
Prima Poker
Paradise Poker
Ultimate Bet
Cryptologic
Full Tilt Poker

I tried it out and it worked pretty much. I did leave a comment on one hand that did not calculate completely correctly showing an Allin call as being returned and hence lowering the final pot amount. Thanks as I think this will work if I can figure out that small issue. On another hand (no comment sent), my PFR was $2 in MP but shown as $2.25 and with 3 callers the final amount was $1 too high. Just an FYI.
