If I ever see a player bet less on the River than what they bet on the Turn I know I have them. Your opponnent made a good raise. I would have either checked after his check on the river or bet strong ($5 bet showed extreme weakness). As far as the fold...he either had a great read on you or had you beat. Tough to tell by reading this.
Listen, here's the thing. If you can't spot the sucker in your first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker.

you were just asking for a raise when you bet out less on the turn.

Well he couldnt have a read on so i think he had me beat but im not sure, cause calling a raise with a low pocket pair is kinda questionable,i dont know.
With wich pocket pairs do u call a raise 4x bb?

Well, less is true, but 5$ is still a big enough bet imo to show what cards i got.Just my opinion though.

$5 is big enough to show what cards I got? Not sure what you mean there dude. But yes $5 was big enough to show you were scared of him...as well as give him extremely good odds. Ecspecially after you led out on the turn with a bet of $7. If you were your opponnent how would you read a bet like that.

You don't suck man, And yes at times I lead with more than a $2...but at times I slowplay and lead out with a $1 bet.

You got scared when the board showed a pair and you showed it in your betting pattern. Looking at the history over it looks as if he was slowplaying a possible Boat so you might have made the right move. Just be aware of how other's may perceive your bets. Read Harrington on Hold-em...great advice on betting patterns.
