In Hand 2, I know that if I raised, I would be in a much better position to win the hand. But as played, do you like the river fold?

Hand 1, this is pretty tricky. It sure looks like a fishy line from villian...maybe along the lines of AT/A7/77.....practically a min bet on the flop looking for action and smooth calls the large raise....do you really think he is drawing here with 89?...probably not.

And then he comes to life and open pushes on the turn?...I wouldnt want to lay it down either, but against an unknown I think you have to lay it down here, sure looks like your beat, and then you cry and run home when he shows AJ.

Hand 2, I dont like limping here....I think you gotta raise here.....looks good to me otherwise.

I'm getting 4:1 on the turn in hand 1 though. On a non scary board don't I have to call? The only hand that beats me here is a set/2 pair. No draws completed.

I think 1 is ok...it is a wa/wb but at this stake the hands you are wa of will sometimes call the flop raise and open push the turn. also, you are basically heads up as the short stack doesn't really count. imo you generally get more value by calling the flop and reevaluating the turn though.

#2 - I probably bet less on the river, but think the fold is ok, depends if you've seen him do this too much though.

Hand 1: You've shown extreme strength and he's still there. He doin this with AQ? I fold and watch the showdown and use that info to extract money from him later.

Hand 2: Raise PF if you're gonna play KQo from MP, rest is fine. You're not trapping anyone with a hand that's most often TPGK when it hits.
