First hand, I like it. Let the donk call off his stack.

Second hand, I raise the flop. I'm not liking the 3 spades on the board.

Didn't notice the flush draw actually. I raise the turn then.

Hand 1-
Standard...Actually kinda boring.

Hand 2-
2 pair isnt good enough of a hand to stack off here. A set or str8 I would but this guy obviously has you beat too often with this much behind.

PK
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Is no one worried about the completed flush draw in hand one?

I pulled the call in hand two right out of my ass. It was kinda read based. Villain was pretty lag. He was an ego player who loved to bluff (hence his name). I put him on air.

hand 1: the guy either has a K or a flush, he'd probably do the same thing with both so i think you call.
hand 2: I'd check behind on the river. He's not feasibly going to call you on the river with any hand your beating. But after betting the river i fold to the reraise
Check out the new blog!!!

Yes...but with his bet size into the pot due to your check he's raising junk out of frustration or a simple K high str8 more often than not.

As long as you're reads based okay...but this is a tight spot even with a pretty good read.

why didnt you bet the river? or were you looking for opp to donk it all in anyway? thus i dont see how your concern with the flush completing is relavent.

First hand, decent-easy call, nice pot

Second hand, perfectly played . Almost every time a poor chronic bluffer bets the flop and turn, then check-raises all in on the river, he has garbage. I debate calling here with AK/AQ unimproved against a lot of these guys, but usually wait til I've got something respectable so as to not discourage them from trying it again.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I figured there was enough of a chance of him betting it that it was profitable to check.
