Unreasonable fold?

Many times I feel that 10NL players push a lot of marginal hands PF. I feel that about half the time my QQ is good here. Any thoughts?

Hand #1: I don't like putting him on a K or KQ here. I think he may have a Q, but I do battle with my AA. Why would he bet $0.10 into a raised pot with TP and then just call a raise. Q or he is drawing. Not that I get his $1.50 bet on the turn either. I call turn and show down cheap on river.

Hand #2: I like it at 10NL. Hell I might like it at 50NL given half a read and opponent's short stack.
