Top 2 pair and top pair w/ 2nd kicker, both other hands want to get their money in on the flop. Since the first all-in had everyone else covered you're just giving away a tell by re-raising. Nice little gift from the poker gods.

One other thought. In this case the flop looks fairly blank. But on a more cordinated flop, 2 flush, A or K, etc. I like to under-bet the flop a bit with middle/bottom set in hopes that a hand like top pair raises so you can really put him in a bind by going over the top (if he has any chips left.) Particularly with such a large field likely to give you action.
