Hand 1.
Villain is fairly unknown at this time, but loose and aggressive 32/10 over a pretty small sample. 160bb deep. The plan on the flop is to size things to get it in... assuming a king doesn't fall.

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
PokerStars
8 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($20.00)
UTG+1 ($100.00)
MP1 ($281.40)
MP2 ($167.15)
CO ($40.15)
BTN ($15.50)
SB ($101.75)
Hero (BB) ($191.05)

Pre-flop: ($1.50, 8 players) Hero is BB
3 folds, MP2 calls $1, 3 folds, Hero raises to $6, MP2 raises to $11, Hero calls $5

Flop: ($22.50, 2 players)
Hero bets $16, MP2 raises to $32, Hero raises to $52, MP2 calls $20

Turn: ($126.50, 2 players)
Hero weeps openly.

Hand 2.

Villain is 'Occasio' a fairly nitty 14/10 i believe... IRC folks told me later he may be spewy post, but I didn't have that read at the time.

Hero (CO) ($122.30)
BTN ($204.55)
SB ($133.45)
BB ($20.00)

Pre-flop: ($1.50, 9 players) Hero is CO
UTG calls $1, 4 folds, Hero raises to $4, 3 folds, UTG calls $3

Flop: ($9.50, 2 players)
UTG bets $5, Hero calls $5

Turn: ($19.50, 2 players)
UTG bets $12, Hero calls $12

River: ($43.50, 2 players)
UTG goes all-in $99.10, Hero folds

Final Pot: $43.50

UTG wins $140.50 ( won +$20.40 )

Both are kinda gross. As much as it sucks I think we have to go into c/f mode in hand 1. Not much in his limp/raising range that raise/calls this flop that you beat. AJ maybe depending on how bad he really is, and maybe a FD that felt compelled to play this way, but I don't think a shove gets called by worse often on the turn, and I would not expect either a FD or AJ to shove turn all that often.

Hand 2 I like it as played. Kinda sucks because he is really repping 55, but idkwtf else he shows up with here.

Hand 1 I'd want to fold the turn but not when he bets that small. Like I said in IRC this is one of the grossest spots I've seen in awhile and I'm interested what other people say.

Honestly people play so badly that Hand 2 is probably a flop fold.

How often do you think we win the pot when we call here? I can't fathom folding preflop.

In hand 1 it looks like he isn't going to fold so I would raise much much bigger to commit.

2nd hand I call flop and turn every time but river meh maybe. This is when I scramble to look into past hands to see if he is tilting or something

The guy is repping AA, there is no way we can call here profitable.. Were gonna lose this hand so much postflop

Yeah, AA is in his range but that isn't the ONLY hand he has nor is it the most likely hand in his range, especially on this flop.

I think I just call flop raise, maybe even c/c in the first place in hand one. As played looks like a pretty easy c/f.

2 fine now fold.
