UTG calls $0.50, 5 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1.50) Q, 9, T (3 players)
SB bets $1.5, Hero calls $1.50, UTG folds.

Turn: ($4.50) K (2 players)
SB bets $3, Hero raises to $8.5, SB calls $5.50.

River: ($21.50) 8 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $21.50

Curious what you think of my line, mainly checking behind on river. Not sure if I left $ on the board here--I often see weak flushes checking in this spot.

 Just fold the flop. You have 6 dirty outs, and will have a hard time getting paid off if you hit, meaning you aren't getting implied odds or pot odds to call a pot size bet, even if it is only 1.5.

As played I'd bet like 8 on the river for value.
