villain is 52/19, seems genuinely pretty bad

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 5
UTG calls $1, MP1 calls $1, 1 fold, CO calls $1, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($4.50) 10, 3, 5 (4 players)
Hero bets $4, 1 fold, MP1 calls $4, 1 fold

Turn: ($12.50) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $11, MP1 raises to $25, Hero?

I tend to put villain on a limped over pair in these spots.

this looks like 33/44/55 more often than overpairs

or 67 if villain is really donking around

This does not look like villain floated with 44 or has either the case 3's or case 5's.

point taken, but with a pfr of 19 i'm sure he'd be raising those overpairs

this hand confuzzles me

folding seems the correct plan vs the apparent action.

I think others have pointed out though - wtf is his range, br a cooler if he has a set vs your two pairs.
I think TT/gut shot has to make a significant part of his range though

callings bad, just fold. Vil has 67 and better 2 pairs /sets way too often for a turn call to be correct.
