should i have bet out the turn ...
easy fold? or did i pussy out ...

pussy fold?! I Wouldn't have put anyone on a full in that position, not many players call a 5 dollar raise with 10-j, and with k-j the top 2 pairs, why would you give someone the free card for the flush draw, they could have possibly had aa and two paired on the turn, and hes betting like he wouldnt like to let you see the river to maybe pick up a flush, if he had a full house why not let you draw at the flush and get busted big if you make it? id probably put him on a set of jacks or a flush draw, maybe a two pair k-10 or a's (pocket) and j's (board)

The best fit for his line IMO is either.
1. AJ if he's a donk.
2. KK, JJ, TT.

I think it's a fold, I just can't put him on a hand that doesn't have you beat.
