Villain is 17/13 over a few hundred hands. Don't think I've seen him before and no relevant history. I'm 13/10

i dont really see what raising turn accomplishes. i prefer calling down.
your range when calling the flop is just so narrow for strength but also very weak overall that opp can barrel here with air if he thinks KK and QQ arent in your range on turn so i think we can call turn and a blank river easy enough.
So if your raising turn for value then you must not feel he barrels therefore he is strong, problem is his b/c range still crushes you and with all other hands you force him to play well.

sorry i agree with folding turn btw, i forgot to mention i like calling if we wanna stay in the hand otherwsie folding is fine vs his barreling range.

pretty bad imo since utg+1 is isolating a utg limp plus he is 17/13

a small 3bet pre is probably optimal, folding to a 4bet
it gives you a chance to win the pot preflop, he'll rarely 4bet without the nuts, your unsuited hand plays poorly postflop, etc

If we think his iso range of a UTG limper is so strong that 3b'ng isn't profitable with AK then surely cold calling can't be +EV either right?
