Hate the flop bet, love the rest. JK is only a small part of his range on the turn, and even then you have a boat re-draw.

As far as the flop, you can bet it, but bet more if you going too. As your bet stands, you're not scaring off any queens. If you only get better hands to call, the bet sucks. If you bet 3/4 to 1x the size of the pot, you may get a queen or a small ace to fold.
