What does min-raising that hand preflop accomplish?
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I agree with STI, you either want to isolate or just call. Your min raise isn't doing much. Personally, I raise it to $3.50-$4, to hopefully only have one caller. I'd play the flop/turn/river about the same, but betting more to account for the $8 instead of $3 that went in preflop if you raise. (Something like 5, 10, 13)

Looks pretty standard except for mabye the preflop reraise though you can certainly try to see where you stand and confuse the crap outta your opponent. Based on the play I'm guessing he held AJ or Ax with some heart thrown in to chase.

Yoru raising in general seems weak, I do pot sized bet after pot sized bet here. $6 on flop, $18 on turn, all in on river or another $18 if you want value. The wonderfull thing about this flop is hands like AK/AQ won't know any better, they can't really put you on trip tens, and trip aces are out of the question.

Probe bet after probe bet allows him if he has AQ/AK (q or K is hearts) to draw for a reasonable price. and considering your UTG if river comes heart you must release your hand to just about any raise.
