i used to do this type of thing a lot, but now i fold most of the time. my wr is better now than it used to be, but i also simultaneously made a few other changes so i dunno if this is part of why. i think it is tho.

Very opponent driven. How often are they bet/folding one pair or air here? Unfortunatly club draws probably aren't folding, but at least if you put them to a big test they might.

I think the key to making this work is putting them to a test on the spot and not feeding them small raises/bets.

In the live game I play, the frequency they'll fold + show an Ace or King rag here is comical.

Against tighter opponents for less real money this move is probably a loser.

people dont like to donk/fold. but i like this better with TT since we can show down and beat a fd. he can do this with both a king and ace, will fold king more often but not too often. since its multipot i just lay it down. when raising, making it big is def best since a king isn't folding to a small raise, but is more likely to a big one while a fd is never folding unless raise is ginormous.

small raise is almost pointless. only value is vs a retarded underpair or a draw that is more likely to bluff after a whiff since we look so weak

Like I said, opponent dependent and probably less likely to get a fold with lots of money behind but more likely to work if calling your raise leaves just around pot behind.

Even if it's slightly -EV, it's probably good poker to do this once in a while to prevent cheap bets to steal the pot and/or define your hand.
