Although I've been reading this forum for a couple of months now, this is the first post I'm going to make. It's about a hand that I would really like some opinions on, because I'm not sure whether I made the right decision here.

Situation: Short-handed 50NL on WorldPx. No particular reads on BB.

BB ($50,70)
UTG ($50)
Hero,($148,25)
Button($68,95)
SB ($33,50)

Preflop:
Dealt to Hero: [,:Ad:]

UTG calls, Hero raises to $3, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls $2,50, UTG folds.

Flop: [:Jd:, , ]

BB checks, Hero bets $4, BB calls $4.

Turn: []

BB bets $6, Hero ??

Is your pf raise not a litle strong for your holding?

he doesn't have you on a seven I would imagine. A call is the only thing to do here, imo. You've outs if he has a flush.

nutsinho will become famous soon enough
fold preflop always

easy call on turn, evaluate river
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I agree, this could be a fold pf, but ... because I like to mix it up a little this time I decided to raise and caught a very nice flop.
If villain has a flush on the turn, like he's representing, I would still have 7 outs for a higher flush + 9 outs for a full boat + 1 out for quads = 17 outs to beat him.
Raise turn instead of flat calling?

I'd flat call. Don't think you should bloat the pot here.

Call the turn as there is some chance you're behind. If the river doesn't help you I would call a reasonable river bet.

Raising the turn is only good, IMO, if you're ready to felt the hand or muck it if reraised hard. Neither seem appetizing and hand is just too good to fold at the moment.
