I have been playing with manthony for a while and i could not quite figure him out. He was pretty passive but would occuasional raise big on the river and once i caught him on a middle pair bluff. The reason i folded was because it felt like he traped me(because he was aware of the fact that i was hypo agg) and even though i had a great hand i just kept think that anything he had beats me (due to his preflop raise). It is possible that he had any ace, but oh well. What do you guys think?

Why didn't you bet the flop? I think the hand plays out differently then and in such a way that your river decision is easier.

In retrospect i should have. My flawed thinking at the time was that he was a tricky player and that me beating the river would look like a bluff. He has the ability to raise one with something (atleast a pair)

I dont mind this fold here. Your only 12$ invested and no need to risk another 33$ in order to find out if he is maybe bluffing. You need to have a strong read here to make this call. Find a better spot, nice fold!
