Had him on a semi good hand/blindsteal preflop. so of couse im glad when I flop the house... Im hoping here that he got AQ, KQ, AA or KK. maybe even AJ or KJ, ( of couse not QJ ... hehehee )
Well I reraise him on the flop, kinda to build the pot, cause I think if hes got a hand, hes not gonna let it go, if not I might as well just get it over with now. The king on the turn is kinda bad though, since it makes lots of possibly hands for him, still I bet at it pretty hard, and he folds, was that 12$ bet too much ? Would I only get action from stronger hands ?? The more I think about it I think 8$or something like that woulda been more appropiate...
Opinions ?

No; he had a jack. YOu weren't going to be able to get more money out of him.
If he had a Q, he'd still be calling that. So no biggie. The other person has to have a hand for you to get paid off.
