You didn't need to trap him, and you didn't really trap him.

All the money was going in either way on that board..
Currently Playing 8 Tables of 25NL 10-Max.
Or
2 Tables of 100NL 10-Max

Goal: To stop pulling $$$ out of my bankroll and build it up to 1k.

I thought me flopping a boat and checking and the guy betting with his AA so that i call was trapping him...oh well

You think wrong. Always think about your implied odds vs high pockets. Was this guy raising a lot? Was he over aggressive postflop previously? If not you can put him on an overpair and min-checkraise the flop to find out the magical news. If he's tight aggressive, he'll reraise you 80% of the time. $$$$$
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
