Sorry I'm sure this is obvious but I didn't know how to proceed. I've seen the flop because I'm getting silly odds but having hit TP I am first to act with 5 opps and possible str8 draw. Is this a case of reversed odds biting me since I may already be behind and if not people might well draw out on me? Should I check or is betting out a better play? Table is slightly loose. Thanks if anyone can help my dumbass

Fold pre-flop despite your silly odds. Play it if it's suited or it's KTo+. Your dead-on about reverse implied odds. I would c/f this flop. If it check around, you can take a stab on the turn.

Don't put alot more money in!! (duh). I sometimes lead here - first to act is not as bad as stuck in the middle with this many players - but that's when my table is super weak on the flop (i.e.,. they will not float or call with gssd rarely semi-bluff, etc.)
This flop is pretty horrid though. I would certiainly c/f if there were 2 suited cards out.
Folding pre-flop is probably best as well.

quoting Bob Ciaffone: "NL is a game of position and implied odds, not 'save here save there' ".
Fold PF.
You won't fo far from perfect, when you will check/fold everything from blinds that didn't flopped at least bottom 2 pair or strong draw in multiway pot. In blind wars it's decent hand, multiway OOP it's junk.

Ok thanks guys, I checked the flop, saw a pot sized bet and a call and folded. Just checking I didn't play too weak. I'll just let it go pf next time.
