Absolutly no reads or stats from UTG & MP3. PT shows me both played seven hands with 87 (UTG) and 42 (MP3) VPIP.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
UTG+1 ($26.95)
MP1 ($33.75)
MP2 ($45.20)
MP3 ($10.80)
CO ($20.35)
Hero ($24.40)
SB ($4.75)
BB ($25)
UTG ($4.55)
Preflop: Hero is Button with A , J .
UTG calls $0.25, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold, BB checks.
Flop: ($1.10) 8 , 5 , J (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $0.75, MP3 calls $0.75, Hero raises to $3, BB folds, UTG raises to $4.3, MP3 calls $3.55, Hero calls $1.30.
Turn: ($14) 8 (3 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets $6.5, MP3 calls $6.25 (All-In).
River: ($26.75) 9 (3 players, 1 all-in)
Final Pot: $26.75
First, I don't know what to do with AJo against several unknown limpers. Limp, raise, fold ... everything seems to be OK to me. Would you have raised here and if, how much?
On the flop I like to see a push from UTG and a fold from MP3. After he called I see no escape for me or him with $6 behind in a $14 pot. So I put him all in to get his remaining stack if he is on a draw.
Your thoughts?

I would just call the flop for cheaper, better information than your flop raise got you.

I'd raise pre to between 1 and 1.50. Can't disagree with post flop play although i might check behind on turn.

So assuming that I called the flop and it's checked to me on the turn, I would bet about ¾pot. If a scare card hits, like 9s or Qs, I would check behind and if MP3 bets I would fold.
You like this turnplay?

preflop looks fine.
Its weak, but understandable IMO.
Fnord and me will disagree with flop play a lot, but i raise the lead and call. MP3 is an assumed fish without a full stack and therefore we want lots of his stack in early. UTG could have anything but probably thinks his tp oop is good, or that hes getting paid on a set, but do sets really play like this considering it looks like you missed the flop.
meh, i push over the minraise but i dont play stars much anymore.

I raise to $1.50 pre-flop on the button. I would agree with Fnord about flat-calling the flop if stacks were full, but UTG has 14bb left and MP3 has 40. I raise and have no problem sticking 40bb in with TPTK on this drawy board.

meh i missed both stack sizes. I might actually push the flop and hope they think im looking for fe with a flush draw.
Utg surely turns up with QQ+ a certain percentage of the time but not enough to make felting tp in position on the ugly board -ev.
