Okay, my biggest leak by far is not folding mediocre hands to heat...I have been trying very hard to discipline myself to hit the fold button, this was one of those times where I still wanted to get my money in, but its obvious I was loosing no?

That looks a little less than half pot to me. I prefer betting about 7.5 here, just so it doesn't look like I'm scared of the flush. Your bet makes it easy for someone to raise you with air. As played, I fold too.
My sig is too much for you to handle.

why get your money in when the straight AND flush draws complete?

This is a tricky topic. I assume that you still fold if potting it gets raised... what if potting it earns you a minraise in return? Does betting a larger amount create any FE? (I don't think it does.)

How many solid opp will believe that someone raising UTG is drawing?
