Raise to 3xBB preflop.

If call, and flop as above,

Reraise pot on flop.

Rest of hand is fairly automatic due to pot odds.

This is .10BB NL. That's something to remember.

I would want to build a pot precisely because I do have the button and a decent hand.

Raising to $2 and raising the size of the pot is pretty much the same thing given what we've bet preflop in the suggestion. It's .10bb. 30 cents, perhaps two calls. about one dollar.

(Btw, I couldn't figure out if the second part of the post was sarcasm or not.)
