Read on fish is really loose. He's played just about every hand for the last two orbits. I put him on a K with a crap kicker or a T with another paint card. Whenever he gets a hand he likes a lot, he starts raising like crazy, so I was pretty sure I'm ahead at the flop...
BTW, my PFR was normal for me at this table, and I was playing a little LAGGY at this otherwise tight table.

You gotta base it on what you're putting him on. I'm putting him on exactly AJ (Just a fun guess). In that case I make him pay incorrectly to draw. I make it like $8-9 to go on the turn. I think it's a classic broadway gutshot scenerio where a loose player can't let go.
I don't like trying to push loose players out (such as making it like $15 here). I always get in trouble if I do that. Fold equity is pricey, and you lose the poor draws (AJ) while keeping the better draws and hands around anyway. I think you want loose players to make pot odds mistakes. I'd allow him to do that here without totally committing myself if he's sitting on dynamite.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Unless I have good control over my opponents I fold this pre-flop.

I would fold preflop, but since you played the hand, I would follow Rondavu's advice and fire a 3/4 or so pot size bet here. $7-9. You have no reason to think you're beat, so keep betting aggessively.
