If you are going to bet the flop then bet more than $1.50 and if you are going to re-raise the flop then raise to more than $7. W/o a read I put this guy on a flopped flush almost every time after he 4-bets. That being said...No, I don't think it's good enough to continue after the turn bet.

The re-raise is on the flop is really silly.
