Very first hand of the session. I'm particularly interested in the turn. Do you call this river bet as played?
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
SB ($18.30)
Hero ($10)
UTG ($2.75)
UTG+1 ($10)
MP1 ($7.50)
MP2 ($9.95)
MP3 ($4.05)
CO ($10)
Button ($22.95)
Preflop: Hero is BB with Q , Q . CO posts a blind of $0.10.
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 2 folds, CO (poster) raises to $0.3, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.1, MP1 folds, CO calls $0.80.
Flop: ($2.35) 4 , 9 , 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.6, CO calls $1.60.
Turn: ($5.55) J (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.5, Hero calls $2.50.
River: ($10.55) 7 (2 players)
Hero.....
By the river my main thought was "Great, I lose to every pair 77-AA and beat AsKs"

The turn is not a scare card, it's an action card for your hand. Check calling there is terrible. The turn J is heavily entrenched in your opponents 1 pair range. Stack him, or at least make him play his hand wrong before sucking out on you.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Um, this is 10NL right?? Are you playing scared at this level?? How's your bankroll management doing BTW?
PF is great!
Flop is WEAK! That's a BEAUTIFUL flop for you. Punish him hard on this drawy board.
Turn is huh?? Why are you playing so passive here? You give a LOT of credit to your villian considering this is your first hand at the table.
River I can see a check/call at that point because any T beats you here...I would've had all my money in on the Flop or turn though...
At 10NL don't be so scared of getting all your money in with an overpair, especially against an unknown opponent! If you loose the hand, reload and get it back... there's enough fish at this level to have no worries about that...

c/r all in on the turn. If opp had a draw and two overs he just caught a bit he probably isnt folding if you check to him and then go over the top.
