I put him on a set or straight here and made the laydown. After I made the laydown the guy at first claimed he had nothing, but then eventually 'fessed up to having aces (before i told him i had kings). If he was being honest, I made a great laydown.. kings to aces lol.. what do you guys think?

He played it as though he had Aces. He started slow-playing until that ugly flop came out, He totally freaked out when the J98 came out. Either way, you were a 60-70% to win at best. I'd fold here too.

I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

queens most certainly makes the flop push and aces reraises preflop. TT might semi-bluff here. hes in LP and called a reraise so i dont see many reasons to push 88, 99 (and certainly not JJ) on the flop. youre clearly repping an overpair and theres no reason to jam the pot with a set.
i call and i put him on QQ/TT.

I fold. That bet has to scream that you're beat. I believe he has aces as well, if not a set.

You're either a little ahead or way behind, you can find a safer place to throw in another 80 bucks.
