on a pre-flop raised hand, the flop comes giving me top set of jacks. the guy raises i re-raise him all in and he flips over a straight 10 Q. Is there any way for me to see this coming or did I make the right move going all-in? 10 Q is not normally a hand youd play in a raised flop.

Did you have a read on this guy before the hand? I mean he originally was going to limp in with his QT, but then called a 4XBB raise from early position with the hand. Sounds to me like a mediocre player that hit his miracle flop and wanted to slow play it. It looks like he was content to slow-play it and milk everything he could out of the hand, until that jackass igetslucky had to push the pot (probably with two overcards or maybe an overpair).
I think your main problem was that you had to play this hand UTG against probably an overpair and a flopped straight. I'm not so sure I would have fired back with the all-in bet at the guy with the straight. His over-the-top re-raise of the first re-raise has to be a big red flag. That is really a signal that someone has a monster and was looking for action. When he got the action from igetslucky, he pushed. Here is where you have to consider the possibility that he hit the straight, and you may have an excruciatingly tough laydown here. Again though, it depends on your read of the player.

You were 33% to make a full house AND you had a hand that only loses to one other set of hole cards.
Now, tell me that you think a fold would be proper.
