Bet bigger on flop and turn, we are deep and want to get as much as possible in the pot before scare cards hit. I probably 3-bet flop and lead turn, keeping it simple.
I don't like the turn c/r, his flop minraise is often a flush draw that will take a free card.
And finally, if he has A3/63 I'm paying.

Actually, that was all I had (apparently I hadn't slid my slider all the way right because it wasn't all in, I could have bet $18.05).

river is a push. bet more on turn to allow river to be a half-pot size push.

The more I think about it the more I see that this play was completely stupid.
There's a good chance of a semi-bluff here and calling the re-raise and checking the turn is just as likely to give away a free card as entice a bet.
The thing is if I bet more on the flop doesn't that mean that my c-bets also have to be the same size more or less?
What would be a good 3-bet here? $10? $15?
Result was that he had A3. Which sucked.

This is why we don't want to c-bet bluff in multiway, drawheavy pots. In general I like to vary both my (bluffing) cbets and "legitimate" bets from half pot to full pot depending on the opponents/flop texture.

I'd say 15$. From there on it should not be difficult to get AI on later streets.

I think a horrible LAG will show down much lesser holdings here very often. Turn action might indicate a monster, but I don't think there is any way we can get away from this hand. We got all in with top set on a relatively safe board and should be happy.
Remember to take appropriate notes on him for the next time he minraises a gutshot on a twotone flop.

Just curious-- at least? Sad that he stumbled into the disguised part of his draw but at least he had a real draw if that's the hand he had.

I like the 1/2 pot flop bet if you were expecting a re-raise to push over top of that.

Yes. And I thought I was safe that I could just call. Didn't appreciate the danger.
