I'm out as soon as I see the flush on board. But maybe this is because I am super paranoid of them since I seem to run into the wrong end of them a lot. Also, bet the flop way harder, you obviously have a guy who's willing to play and you have the best hand. Make sure you're giving him a horrible price for that flush chase.

push the flop

by raising him just another $10 you are giving him odds to call
the pot sits at $46 and its $10 for him to go.

Slow play it and string him along if you like, but be ready to fold when a draw hits the board.
OR
You have a nibble from a fish, I jam down the hammer and make him pay to outdraw you or pay with the 2nd best hand. Like DimitriT said, you have got to re-raise at least the amount in the pot before your re-raise($26) i.e. raise $26 to $52. You will get a call from 44, 55, or a stupid 45s, and even some really stupid flush draws with overcards.
Either way I am trying to take it down right now or get all my money in.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Yeah, i think you are right.
However, with his strong flop bet, I had him on AA-QQ. I wanted to make it look like i had AJ and was testing him with my minraise.
I was really looking forward to him reraising allin.

When the other spade came, I think i was still thinking AA/KK for him. Maybe he was holding the As.
I may hve even thoght "ah well, if he has got it....i have outs for a boat"

Whatever, i was thinking, i really didn't want to let my set go.

But, next time in same situaton....i push the flop!!!!

I'd definitely call on the turn. He'd probably make this same play with a high pair that included a spade. Even if he does have the flush, you have outs.

Yep, I dont dick around when there is flush and/or straight draws on the board. I dont care what I may have put him on off the start. Anytime I see that I have the nuts, but that there is a decent chance it will get cracked, time to push it hard.
There is a time for clever moves, this was not one of them.
