Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is Button with :ks :ac
3 folds, MP2 raises to $4, CO folds, Hero calls, 2 folds.
Flop: :kd :2d :7h ($9.5, 2 players)
MP2 bets $5, Hero raises to $15, MP2 calls.
Turn: :4s ($39.5, 2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $30, MP2 raises all-in $75, Hero ????
What would you do? At this point I'm thinking K-Q or A-K
The villian is new to the table, but as it turns out he is a super-aggressive maniac.

He took a monster line, without a read I fold. I raise the flop more, bet the turn a little less.
