You cannt bet thatr much into a missed flop with that many people seeing the flop. With that many people somone could easily have K8 or KT.

I would probably check/fold the flop.

You have an OESD on the flop but I dont know how effective semibluffing will be at this level against that many opponents, check call if you think you have the implied odds.

However on the turn you are the aggressor, have a pair, an OESD, the 2nd nut flush draw and only one opponent. Could be worth a push.
