Hand 1) I think his straight draw missed.

Hand 2) I've been wondering about situations like this myself recently. I usually dont bet, reasons being:

Opp could be trapping or on a draw, if his draw missed he'll just fold so there's no point in betting behind. If he's trapping he'll raise costing you chips.

He might also show down second best hand... meh.. I dunno..

Hand 2: I would have expected a fold on the turn bet. He calls…. look for a cheap showdown.
