Opp is 50/15/1.0 over 95 hands. I have to call the turn in the hope of hitting one of my 10 outs but have to fold the river, right?

But the turn call to either fill up or hit quads is fine getting 6:1 is fine given I have 10 outs, isn't it?

Pure odds (plus implied). Seriously, I can not think of better way to play this. Sure, you can semi bluff raise turn or something like that, but what you get in the long run EV-wise?
