HAND 1:

How often am I going head-on into a set here?
Villain is 75%/42%/1.33 over 24 hands. Did I raise the flop enough? Figure him on the FD? Standard turn push here?

HAND 2

It was only $0.10 to complete the SB here. Marginal PF call at best, I am aware.
Villain is 26%/6.5%/1 over 37 hands.
Did I raise too much here? I don't think he's folding any kind of flush so WTF is he doing here-- drawing to the straight with 97??.

#1, someone that loose can easily be testing you to see if your cbet is genuine, or a wiffed AK. I'd be more worried about 2 pr from someone that loose then a set.

#2, preflop is absolutely fine. I find a raise here sometime too if UTG likes to limp a lot. You are only afraid of 1 hand with Ax spades. The chances of him holding that are SLIM. Go for value here. Go for a mixture of call, then check raise the river, or a raise, but not one that's 2x the pot.

#3, yep, unless for whatever reason you think he'll bluff at the river
