hand 1, this is a hand you have 2 choices on...and you picked neither:

1) fold
2) raise hard, you're out of position with a only boderline hand

go for #1 usually, unless your table is unusually passive

hand 2, reraise there about pot sized (well he raised 5xBB, so maybe only raise to 10xBB), show them you mean business, and pot the flop

hand #1: i wouldnt check-raise here, id just lead out, but since you did check raise you definitely needed to raise harder with connectors and a double-flushed board because that raise is going to get no one out of the hand no matter what they have.

hand 2: reraise preflop, pot the flop, push the turn
