I'm not in this hand @ $50 NL. Is this +EV? Is this a H@LL-type play?

UTG recently sat down, CO was quite tight pre; nothing special

UTG raises to $1.5, 3 folds, CO raises to $5.5, 3 folds, UTG calls $4.

Flop: ($11.75) , , (2 players)
UTG bets $11.75 (All-In),

CO said, "that sucks"
CO said, "ah whatever nice set"

CO calls $11.75.

Turn: ($35.25) (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($35.25) (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $35.25

Results in white below:
UTG has Th 3h (flush, jack high).
CO has Ah Ac (two pair, aces and fives).
Outcome: UTG wins $35.25.
